The Approach
The Jaguar is the king of the jungle in South America. Here in
the Pantanal region the jaguar approaches a caiman who is below the riverbank.
Readying himself to pounce and get some caiman meat this pastel piece precedes my
ink painting “The Clash”. I wanted to capture the suspense of this muscular cat
before the fight between the mighty caiman and jaguar predators occur. This piece
measures about 14”x20”. The original is available for sale for $1000 unframed.

Don’t Blink
A part of the big cat series, “Don’t Blink” is painted in oil and is more of a monochromatic
piece. The cheetah is an amazing athlete with its lean muscled body. I painted this piece to
freeze a moment during its speedy run. Meant to be similar to a horse racing pose, the
cheetah is flying through the grass unhindered and focused. The color and spots camouflage
the cheetah as it passes. I titled this painting “Don’t Blink” because if you blink this speedy cat
will vanish before your eye. It may vanish do to its speed but also because it is a vulnerable
species. The canvas measures 24” x 48”. The original painting is available for sale at $5000.

Swooping Little Brown Bat
Bats are adorable amazing creatures. I tried to do a fine art
piece through a digital medium to capture a little brown bat swooping after
a moth. The little brown bat had a huge population but in recent years have
suffered greatly because of the fungal disease called white-nose syndrome.
Today, organizations are trying to work to protect and conserve this
species.

Look Before You Hide (Pallas Cat)
The Pallas cat is a small wild cat from central Asia. They
have an unusual look with a squarish head, and have a thick coat because
they live in a cold climate. Unfortunately their species is considered
threatened. This painting was done in India ink on a mat board. It
measures approximately 11” x 14”. The original is available for sale at
$450.

Seafaring Orca
A small India ink painting of an orca under the waves. I created this artwork by using only three
ink colors: black, white, and blue. The light reflects around dancing on the top of the orca’s
back. I painted this piece after a voting from my fans. They voted for a sea creature so I
decided to paint an orca. This piece measures 5”x 7”. The original is for sale at $100
unframed.

Pause Before Play
The river otter is a fun and playful creature. I have seen them in the wild when fishing or along
the rivers in the mountains/ Painted in India ink, this artwork captures a moment when the
otter looks back before returning to the water. This was an experiment of doing water and
capturing different textures in ink. It measures approximately 9” x 12” and is available for sale
at $450.

Life Is Elusive
A 16”x 20” pastel piece of the Amur leopard. Amur Leopards are critically endangered and
very rare in the wild. Here the snow is slowly melting and you see the path the leopard took
down the hill. It is composed so you are just catching a glimpse of this beautiful cat as it
passes by. I desired to freeze a moment of the Amur Leopard that may vanish from our sight
both figuratively and literally. This is piece is available for sale at $900 unframed.

Untamed Angel The Mustang
This is an India ink painting of a mustang I adopted from the BLM. A wild spirit at heart, she
came to my home completely untamed. Eventually by working with her we came to an
understanding and she is now tamed and trained. However, her wild spirit has never left her.
This piece captures that life and nature with her mane flying. I used some metallic ink color to
convey a sense of permanence with beauty. This measures 11”x 14” and the original is not
available for sale.

Endangered Soul
The snow leopard is a rare and beautiful animal. I love doing pieces of this animal and this is
one of my earlier ones. The snow leopard is looking at you as it relaxes on the rock. It’s stare
captures your heart. Done in pastel, many different colors are portrayed in the white of the fur.
This piece won an award at the World of the Wild art show at the Hogle Zoo. It measures about
11” x 14” and the original is available for sale at $500 unframed.

Lucky The Quarab
A pastel piece of my horse I owned while growing up named Lucky. She was a crossbreed of
an Arabian and a Quarter horse. I wanted to do a portrait memorializing her after her passing.
She was a really well behaved horse that I treasured and we used to say she had a deer-like
face. It is 16”x20” artwork and not available for sale.

The Spirit Of The West
Three wild mustangs running in the desert of the west. Created in pastels, it has a storm
blowing in the distance. The beauty of the wild horses captures the dramatic landscape of the
western United States, and was meant to invoke the spirit of nature that mustangs represent
and capture. This piece measure approximately 16”x 20”. The original is available for $900
unframed.

Splattered Fun
Peering at you from the water, this bottlenose dolphin was painted in oil. Originally, I wanted to
do an almost fantasy sky that meets and was reflected in the water. However, I changed the
design to be more realistic. With a cloudy sky barely breaking in the distance your eye is lead
to the dolphin in the front. This piece measures 16”x 20” and is currently available for sale at
$960 unframed.

Do Not Disturb
An oil painting of a black jaguar in the rainforest. I painted this piece to evoke a peaceful, calm
emotion. I wanted to portray the panther as resting, yet disturbed slightly by your stare. He
slightly opens his eyes to get a look at what awoke him. When stressed, please look at this
piece, take a breath, and relax. The dimensions are 24” x 48”. This piece is currently available
for sale at $5000.

Show Me How Mama
Show Me How Mama” is a pastel piece expressing a mother snow leopard with her cub. In
the snow the mother jumps across a ledge. The small cub looks up watching her behavior
from outside a small cave. I created this piece to capture an enjoyable personal moment
between the mother and her cub. This piece measures approximately 20” x 16”. The original is
available for $900 unframed.

Lion Of The West
Watching you from afar, this a mountain lion is rarely seen up close and personal in the wild.
This piece shows a cougar in its natural environment. Cougars are the largest cat you can see
in the wild on our American continent. My aim was to paint a moment where you can see the
life and beauty of this elusive cat — a glimpse where your eyes lock with the mountain lion’s
and you see into its soul. The dimensions of this piece are 24” x 48”. The original is available
for sale at $5000.

Growing Up
This is a three panel oil painting of a kitten growing up to
adulthood. It was a collaboration with Julia Hansen. Meant to capture
life in its many different forms, this piece was painted of a feral kitten
named Zen’s growth into adulthood. It is quite a large painting when
placed together measuring approximately 24”x 90” and is available for sale
only as a set at $9000.

Vanishing Soul
The extraordinary close up pastel painting of a snow leopard’s face. This piece
is meant to capture the life and soul of this vulnerable animal species. Snow
leopards are intelligent, beautiful animals that deserve protection to live their
lives to the fullest. As an artist who believes in the intelligence and emotions
of animals, I worked tirelessly to capture the small details of this individual
snow leopard. You cannot escape the gaze of this beautiful animal as you are so
close you can see the small hairs on its nose. This pastel measures approximately
14”x11”. The original has sold but prints are available.

Stately Grace
The lynx is a very elusive cat to see in the wild. This is a portrait of one in pastel. I saw a lynx a
number of times when traveling in Alaska at Denali National Park. Larger than a bobcat, the
lynx is a hardy, tough cat. The color of their coat is a bit plain compared to other cats but it is a
thick and beautiful. I wanted to express the grace of this lynx with this piece. The piece
measures approximately 11”x 14”. The original is available for sale at $400 unframed.

Kazek's Breakfast Guest
A pastel piece of the tiger named Kazek that was at the Hogle Zoo. While Kazek eats his
breakfast, the magpie’s surround him mischievously looking to sneak a piece of meat for
themselves. This piece measures approximately 16” x 20”. The original is available for sale at
$900 unframed.

Endangered Life
The piece depicts a snow leopard looking over its mountainous landscape. This was a
completely monochromatic piece painted on a black board with white India ink only. The only
color in this piece was done on the eye and a little on the nose. I painted this piece to capture
the fragility and beauty of this animal in its natural landscape. The contrast between the black
and white portrays the dramatic and majestic atmosphere. This painting measures 12” x 9”.
The original is available for sale at $450 unframed.

The Clash
This ink painting is of a Jaguar attacking a Caiman. On this muddy river bank the
Caiman was hidden beneath the muddy water when the Jaguar pounced down on it. There is
vigorous battle and after awhile the Jaguar finally gets the upper hand. This painting is meant
to show the power between two great predators and the need for survival. It measures 16” x
20” and the original is for sale for $900.

The Hunt Study
An oil painting done as a study based on “The Hunt” by Willam Silvers. I created this painting
to experiment with fur and a technique called “wet on wet” in oil painting. It was done on a 16”
x 20” canvas. This piece is available for sale at $450.

Aussie's Tree Lord
I have always loved the land of the Australian outback so creating a piece of an animal from
there was only natural. The koala is only one of the many unique animals from Australia. The
koala sits peacefully while majestically observing the viewer. This was done in pastel and
measures approximately 11”x 14”. It is available for sale at $450.

Bubbly Fun
A bottlenose dolphin painted in oil. The dolphin is under the water being playful and looking at
the viewer. Bubbles dance in the water around. Reflected light dances around on the skin of its
body. This piece is meant to portray a playful, happy emotion. This piece measures
16” x 20”. This is sold.

Tranquil Ferocity
This pastel piece depicts a male Amur Tiger getting a drink of water. My aim was to capture a
moment of peace in this powerful feline’s life. Water, the source of life reflects the image of the
tiger with the ripples distorting its reflection. This symbolizes how the future of this species is
distorted and uncertain. The Amur tiger is an endangered species that has every right to live
its life. This piece is meant to capture the essence of that life. I wanted to capture life itself
with all these different sources in nature. The sun, plants, and water with the reflection are
meant to show this. It measures approximately 15” x 16”. It is available for sale at $ 650
unframed.

Sunset Ocean
A small oil painting of a beautiful sunrise above the ocean. As the waves roll the colors of the
sun reflect in the water. The complementary colors pull your eye towards the focus point of the
sun. This measures 6” x 8”. It is available for sale at $150.

English Countryside
Full of foliage, the different greens create a dense moist atmosphere. You can see a hare in the brush while the chickens go about their business. Your eye is lead to the entryway in the distance. This piece was another of my earlier oil paintings where I was learning the technique called “wet on wet. The technique was challenging, however it helped me shape the foliage. It measures approximately 20” x 16”. Only the original is available for sale at $750.

Classical Art
I grew up in a very musical family. My mother is a professional violinist. I wanted to give her a
wonderful gift so I painted this, her own violin and bow. My father is a composer of music as
well so I asked him to help me write a little song in the music book depicted. It was painted in
oil on a 11”x14” canvas. It is not available for sale.

Beauty Of Music
Inspired by my very musical background, I created a painting of a piano. It is painted in mainly
white ink on a black board. There is some color in the rose which also is reflected in the piano.
This piece was extremely difficult to paint as I tried to get the exact number of keys and
perspective correct. It measures approximately 9” x 12” and is for sale at $450.

Guiding Light
This artwork is an oil painting of a lighthouse on the coast. The water rushes up on the shore.
The seagulls lead your eye towards the lighthouse, which is the focal point. It provides a
calming atmosphere. This piece was one of my early paintings I was learning to paint the
ocean in oil. It measures approximately 20” x 16”. Only the original is available for sale at $
750.

Electro Gecko
Painted digitally this critically endangered small Electric
Blue Gecko is only found in Tanzania. The male of the species is a
beautiful blue or turquoise color. Vanishing from its native habitat please
help conserve this amazing gecko.

Mystic Leucistic Green Turtle
Leucism causes animals to have reduced pigmentation. I absolutely love how the green sea turtle looks when they have this
condition. It makes them look so mythical and magical! Green Turtles are
already endangered making this kind of turtle extremely rare. I painted
this piece with the purpose of portraying this beautiful sea turtle as a
mythical creature. It was painted using iridescent India Ink to help convey
that mythical quality. The piece measures approximately 14” x 11” the
original is for sale for $500 unframed.

Pygmy Owl
The pygmy owl is a very small raptor. I made this almost illustration like the piece as a portrait of one. I used silver ink to capture its very metallic sheen as he turns his head towards you.Painted in ink on a textured background. It measures approximately 8” x 10”. It is for sale for $100.

Overlooked Beauty
This piece is an India ink painting of a ladybug on mat board. During the summer we had a
whole bunch of ladybugs around our garden so I decided to paint this portrait. The textured
nature of the bark shimmers differently depending on the light. The highlights glisten on the
ladybug itself. This piece measures approximately 5" x 7”. This painting is available for $100.

Orange Fronted Yellow Finch
This piece is the second in a three painting series. I wanted to capture the color and different
poses of yellow finches in a series of miniature canvases. Painted on a black 4” x 4” canvas
this is the frontal pose. He makes a cute expression as he looks at you. This piece is available
for sale individually at $55 or as a set for $150.

Orange Fronted Yellow Finch
This is the third piece in a three painting series. I wanted to capture the
color and different poses of yellow finches in a series of miniature
canvases. Done on a black 4” x 4” canvas this is a left facing profile. I
love how the finch in this piece is closer so you can see the detail of
color on the eye. This piece is available for sale individually at $55 or
as a set for $150.

Ocean's King
One of my earlier pastel pieces created of a shark. I was learning in this piece how to portray
an animal under the water. The reflective light and highlights are what makes the shark pop out
of the background. To create this artwork, I used a photo from national geographic as a
reference. It measures 21 1/2” x 15 1/2” framed

Barn Swallows
A small ink sketch of baby barn swallows in their nest. We had barn swallows that nested
every year in our horse barn. I loved to peer at the chicks and see what the parents made the nest with. They’d often make the horse from some horse hair and other objects from our barnyard. It measures 11 1/2” x 9 1/2 “ framed. It is for sale for $75.

Magpie
Painted in ink, this piece was a study of a Magpie. I wanted to create the texture of the feathers
with a rough background. The edges show a sketch quality that goes into a fully detailed
piece. It measures 8”x10” and is for sale at $300.

Orange Fronted Yellow Finch
This is the first in a three painting series. I wanted to capture the color and different poses of
yellow finches in a series of miniature canvases. Done on a black 4” x 4” canvas, this is the
right facing profile while he sits on a stick. This piece is available for sale individually at $55 or
as a set for $150.

Fleeting Beauty
In the summer every year we have butterflies that come and land on the variety of flowers we
have in the garden. I often run around following them doing sketches and taking photos for
references. Butterflies are fragile and beautiful insects that help provide life by pollinating
plants. This piece measures approximately 8” x 6”. The original is for sale at $200 unframed.

Hanging Out
A small pastel of the red eyed green tree frog. It perches looking at the viewer. You can see the
almost translucent color of the frog, and leaves are eluded to in the background. This was my
first frog pastel. The colors were an experiment to make the frog appear moist. The original
measures 8” x 10” and is available for sale at $200 unframed.

Noctua Silence
This was based on a photo by John Hendrickson. I created this pastel piece to learn to capture
all the small details of the feathers. This artwork depicts a young barn owl which still has his
youthful remaining blue feathers. If you look closely, there are lots of small markings which look
like eyes in the feathers. We had barn owls come and live on the property we had when I was
growing up, so they are a fond memory for me. It measures 20 3/4” x 23 3/4” in its framed
dimensions.

Hidden Life
“Hidden Life” is a painting in India ink of a sparrow in a pine tree. It was painted on a textured
background. The light shimmers differently and exposes different shades of color on the small
sparrow. This piece won a second place award in the Annual Art competition of 2010. This
artwork measures approximately 10 1/2 x 13 5/8 and is available for sale at $450 unframed.

Bird Bunch
A commission, this oil painting is meant to capture all sorts of sparrows. With seven different
sparrows I tried to express how each sparrow possesses a different personality. I believe
animals have distinct personalities and show it in different ways. It measures approximately
36" x 12” and has already been sold.

Noble Heir
Using a photo by Cindy Wise as a reference, I created this pastel piece. One of my earlier
pastels, I was experimenting with doing feathers. I tried to develop the texture of how light and
airy feathers can be. It is a custom size measuring around 9” x 12”. It costs about $450.

Let's Have a Peek
This artwork is a pastel piece of the red eyed green tree frog. I wanted to experiment with
having a 3D animal emerge from the board. Sparking the imagination with his partially hidden
appearance, he is meant to draw in the viewer with his adorable personality. A custom size, it
measures a little bigger than 8” x 10” The original is for sale at $300 unframed.

Fragile Beauty
The monarch butterfly is known for having one of the longest migrations for insects. I found
this butterfly in our yard with the marigolds and other flowers. This is a painting created in
India ink. I did ink washes of the flowers and plants in the background. The butterfly rests on
a flower feeding. I wanted to portray this unique butterfly so I captured the pattern on its wings.
It measures approximately 9” x 12”. It is for sale at $450.

Concealed
Snakes have always been fascinating to me. This is an oil painting of a coiled up rosy boa. It is
a miniature artwork, and each scale is painted individually. It measures 4” x 3”. This painting is
not for sale.

Heron Out Of Water
An oil painting of a heron perched on a branch. It was one of my earlier oil paintings when I
was experimenting with the texture of feathers. I practiced doing a painterly background as
well. It measures 14”x 18” and is for sale at $800.

Hidden Raven
To me ravens are very intelligent and beautiful birds. In this pastel painting I
used a black board doing a reverse process capturing light instead of shadow on the feathers
of the raven. A mainly monochromatic piece it is meant to convey a sense of mystery drawing
in the viewer to look closer. It measures 11.5" x 9” and the original is for sale at $450.

Kraken Practice
My version of one of the largest sea monsters: the Kraken! A baby
kraken is practicing destroying a ship with supervision, of course. The Kraken was
a mythical creature from Norway and other countries. Today it is believed the
Kraken's origins may have come from the real giant squid or colossal octopus. It
was painted digitally and is available in a variety of print sizes.

The Gift Of Peace
The sixth painting in my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different colors of
dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. The blue dragon can symbolize a variety
of things from peace to immortality. Water is often an element associated with this color. I
chose it mainly to represent peace. The ocean water surrounds the dragon as it emerges. This
piece was painted digitally and is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Divine Beast
A fantasy creature I personally created, this is one of the four divine magical creators. This
particular one is Amethyst who rules the magic between both dark and light. Space itself
circles behind her as her crystal wings shimmer. It was done as a digital piece. Prints are
available for a variety of prices.

The Mythical Enfield
An “Enfield” is a mystical creature originating from Northwestern Europe. It is rare in medieval
lore but is present nonetheless. I loved this type of creature from the moment I saw it
represented in some medieval works. This was my first painting of one. It won 3rd place in the
Annual Art Competition in 2017. It was painted in India ink and measures 11" x 8.5" in. It is for
sale at $450.

Enfields In Balance
Hovering in the air, these two enfields create balance and peace. A
classic Red Fox Enfield and one of my own creation, the Bat Eared Fox Enfield, circle one
another. Dark and Light, Ying and Yang, I tried to capture this sense with completely unique
fantasy creatures. Painting in India ink it measures approximately 11”x 15”. The original is for
sale for $500.

Power Of A Warrior
The eleventh painting in my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different
colors of dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. The bronze dragon is a symbol
of a warrior. I wanted to make the dragon look like it is emerging from a tattered banner to
attack. His sapphire eyes stare while the fiery ashes sparkle around him. This was piece was
created digitally. It is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

The Gift Of Love
The third painting of my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different colors of
dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. I chose for this red dragon to symbolize
the Chinese interpretation of Love and Fertility. Echoing a traditional pose of a sensual nature,
the dragon has her back to you and glances at the viewer. I wanted to portray an intriguing
atmosphere with roses which are another symbol of romance. This was painted digitally and is
available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Gift Of Wisdom
The twelfth painting in my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different colors
of dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. The Gray dragon is a symbol of
wisdom with his age and experience. Conveying a mysterious, aged appearance the gray
dragon coils in the clouds. This piece was painted digitally and is available in a variety of sizes
of prints.

Power Of Nature
The second painting of my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different
colors of dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. The green dragon symbolizes
life, renewal, and nature. I love old Asian paintings with washes of ink and rolling mountains. I
wanted to capture that feeling in this artwork representing nature. This was created digitally. It
is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Power Of The Earth
The ninth painting in my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different colors of
dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. The brown dragon I’ve chosen to
represent the Earth, and the dragon takes its place with the milky way in the background. It
also can also represent Autumn with its leaf like scales which follow down the spine. I love the
earthy feeling of this dragon, and how the beauty of the stars and milky way shimmer around it.
This artwork was created digitally. It is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Power Of Lunar Machinery
The final thirteenth installment of my Colors of Dragons series is the Silver dragon. The silver
dragon symbolizes the moon and modernism. I chose to make this dragon with gears and
steampunk attributes. Conveying an infinite growth this dragon poses in a movement almost
like the infinity symbol. It was painted digitally and is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Magical Emergence
forest dragon emerging from its hidden surroundings. In a surreal landscape it is barely
viewable in the mist of the morning. The wooden trees are rough and textured. You must look
in detail to see the dragon in profile. I wanted to give a mysterious feeling to dragon. This
piece was painted digitally. It is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Gift Of Death And Rebirth
The seventh painting in my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different colors
of dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. The meaning for the white dragon
differs slightly from western ideas of purity. They are seen as a warning of death or a sign of
rebirth which is what I chose this one to symbolize. The stars sparkle in the background with
white luminosity surrounding the body. This was artwork was created digitally. It is available in
a variety of sizes of prints.

The Gift Of Power
The fourth painting in my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different colors
of dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. The black dragon can symbolize
many different things, but I chose power as the primary representation for this piece. It is said
in China that black dragons can cause lighting storms so I loved including the dramatic storm
background. This was painted digitally and is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Gift To Rain And Rebirth
The fifth painting in my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different colors of
dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. A rarer dragon color, it has a variety of
symbolism in different cultures. I’ve chosen this one to symbolize both Rain and Rebirth. With
complimentary colors running along the body and spine, the rainbow dragon flies through the
sky. This artworik was crated digitally. It is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Golden Divine Beast
A fantasy creature I personally created, this is one of the four divine magical creators. This
particular one is Amethyst who rules the magic between both dark and light. Space itself
circles behind her as her crystal wings shimmer. It was done as a digital piece. Prints are
available for a variety of prices.

Gift Of Devotion And Wealth
The eighth painting in my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different colors
of dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. Purple represents a variety of things
depending on the culture. In Asian cultures it can be a form of devotion, while in Western
countries it can be a color used by the royal and wealthy. Poised in a noble position, the purple
dragon stares down at you with an almost snide expression. This artwork was painted digitally
and is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Power Of Regeneration
The tenth painting in my Colors of Dragons series. This series focuses on the different colors of
dragons and their symbolic meaning in Asian culture. The yellow dragon has similar meanings
to the gold dragon, but I’ve chosen to have it represent regeneration. The yellow dragon
represents the Emperor, the earth’s regenerative capabilities, and lastly the fifth heavenly
direction. Interpreted as the center of the earth in some cultures, the yellow dragon has
significant meaning in China. I tried to capture that elegance in this piece. This was painted
digitally and is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Gift Of Strength
The first painting of my Colors of Dragons series which focuses on Asian dragons specifically.
This is the golden dragon which symbolizes grace, power, and beauty. Created as a digital
painting, I tried to make a more traditional texture and feeling to it. I also used a traditional
stamp-like signature as well. This painting is available in a variety of sizes of prints.

Legendary Enfield
I created another painting of an enfield with this one flying. This one combines a red fox with a hawk, and possesses a few different features then the first enfield. The enfield turns to look at the viewer while curling its tail in flight. This piece measures 9”x12”. It is for sale at $450.

Celestial Snowy Enfield
I have decided to create my own kinds of enfield creatures.
My enfield creatures are foxes with wings rather than the traditional version which can have
three combinations of animals. I decided to create one combining an arctic fox with a snowy
owl. The result was this rather challenging painting. Painted in washes of ink, this piece was
tricky to keep the snow white color and the added shadows to give a mythical appearance.

Dragons Of Balance
This painting of two dragons represents dark and light, yin and yang. Both are required to
balance each other. It was inspired by the video game series Fire Emblem’s characters called
Naga and Grima, with my own twist on how they look. They intertwine with each other with the
the background twisting behind them. This piece was painted digitally and is available in a
variety of sizes of prints.

Half Awake
An India ink painting of the mythical creature called the Chimera. My version of the Chimera is
not as deadly scary but caught in a moment of rest. The lion head rests his head on his paw
while the goat and snake tail keep an eye for anything dangerous. I painted this artwork in
earth tones, with a gold metallic fur coat, and reptile green wings and scales. It measures
12"x9" on watercolor paper. The original is for sale at $450.
