This is the first panel for our three panel series of growing up of a feral kitten. This piece is being painted by my sister Julia in our collaboration. It should turn out great! She has a wonderful underpainting going.

Besides the background the adult Zen is complete. This three panel collaboration is pretty interesting. I can’t wait to see how it will look when all three pieces are together.

This pastel piece “Vanishing Soul” is complete! It took a lot of effort to get all the small details. It turned out wonderful! I’m glad to announce the piece has sold. Prints are available if you are interested.

This is a close of my pastel piece, “Life is Elusive”. It is a of an Amur Leopard. These amazing leopards are beautiful cats but unfortunately they have become critically endangered. We need to protect this amazing animals before they vanish.

Merry Christmas everyone! As is tradition I took a photo of Moonbeam with her ribbon! She looks adorable with it and is ready for the season!

A close up on my piece, “Endangered Soul”. Looking back, this was the first snow leopard I did in pastel. I’ve done many since then but I am pleased with how this one turned out. I can see now there is a lot I could do to improve it but for my knowledge at the time it did very well. Check out my other paintings in my portfolio for more!

I have always loved black leopards and jaguars! So when I decided to do my first large painting that is what I did. This is a black jaguar and it turned out beautiful. It is one of my favorite paintings I have done. In other news, I was accepted as a member in the Artists for Conservation group. It is wonderful to have been accepted. Thank you so much!
