My newest digital fantasy painting is complete. I actually did an ink drawing and most of the drawing by hand then finished it off digitally. I loved experimenting to get the Asian look and feel to this painting. It turned out great and feels like an eastern painting! I used a lot more symbolism in this piece then my normal fantasy works. The golden dragon itself symbolizes strength.

My sister and I love a video game series called Fire Emblem. My absolute favorite two games are Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn.

Anyway, my sister did an arrangement of one of the songs from the newest game Fire Emblem Fates. It is called Aqua’s/Azura’s song. I did the vocals for this arrangement. It was pretty fun! I hope you all enjoy it.

So in the summer every year I get a number of different butterflies that come to our yard. I love to get photos of them and do paintings. I will take my camera and run around following them until they land. Once they land I start shooting away with my camera. So for your enjoyment here is a one of those photos.

It has been two years since we preformed this fun adventure. This week is the anniversary of my sister’s horse Frazz passing away. So in honor of him please watch one of my horse Angel’s and Frazzy’s finest moments!

Little know secret about this video was during most the filming it was raining. Crazy how spring weather can be, still hasn’t changed either.

Lucky is coming along great! Here is another update with the mane pretty much complete. Now working on the neck muscles as well getting the rest of the body in. After that will start on the background.

She is really starting to look exactly like the amazing half arabian, half quarter horse she was!

These are my two horses. Angel (in the front) is my mustang, I adopted her from the BLM and tamed/trained her. Behind her is Streak my Arabian. He is getting up there in age, turning twenty this year. They are amazing horses!

Spring and Easter are on their way. Spring always makes me think of baby animals, so enjoy some baby meerkats this week! 🙂

Here is another update on my Lucky pastel. This is where I’m filling in and getting the muscular shapes on the neck. Have so many pieces going at once it is taking its time. Still glad to do a picture of Lucky whom I dearly miss.
