“Hidden Raven” is complete! Many people have ill feelings towards ravens but I find them so very beautiful! They are amazing intelligent birds that are under appreciated. I did this pastel painting to capture one of these amazing birds! I love how it turned out, doing black on black was very challenging. I had to do a reverse process doing only the light on his feathers. It turned out so elusive and beautiful!
