This is the concept for my next dragon piece. It is a blue Asian dragon so going for a kinda ocean feeling with it. I’m not quite sure how it will turn out at this point but I’m excited to get started on it. When it is complete i’ll be about half-way through this series.
Here is another update on the status of my tiger pastel. This one has quite a few details in this piece so it is taking its time. I am throughly enjoying it though!
My newest ink painting is titled “Legendary Enfield”. I absolutely love the pose I did for this one. I’m starting to think it would great to do a whole series of different fox enfields. Seems like an interesting idea at least. I can see it now, adorable little snow enfield like a snow fox, if you can imagine it. Anyway, just a few ideas i’ve been thinking of. The Enfield is beginning to become one my of favorite mythical creatures. Though dragons are probably still at the top.

I love my horses, I would do pretty much anything for them! Of course mine are only the two horses in the middle. The small horse on the left is my sister’s and my mother’s is the grey one. We really love Arabians at our place. Of these four only one is different. Three Arabians and one Mustang. Angel, the mustang is mine of course 😀
When I’m feeling down it is really nice to visit these little kittens that i’ve been taking care of! They are adorable! It is like i’m guaranteed to smile if I hang out with them. Almost as magical as riding horses 😀

Saw this video and couldn’t believe some of the types of spiders on it. So fascinating to see these specialized and talented creatures!
The 5th installment of my Asian dragon series is complete! The rainbow dragon with its complementary color scheme and multiple colors. I’m thinking this one has been the most difficult color wise. Finally the weather is starting to improve. I can start riding my horses in the mountains more. I went on Saturday but it started hailing. Guess winter is hanging on. At least it should start to get better, then I can go more often! 😀 These two are my amazing horses, I can ride them anywhere!
I was digging through my stuff and found an old portfolio. This is another piece that was in there. An old figure drawing back when I was focusing on them. I don’t mind drawing figures, it is fun doing the fabric on them. However, I don’t feel as much of a passion for drawing people and would much rather do animals! Always animals for me! 😀 Still it is nice to know that if I wanted I could draw people without to much trouble.
I was spring cleaning some of my stuff and found an old collection of artwork I had done many many years ago. This is one of those pieces. My first ever oil painting!! A unicorn haha, makes sense, combined horses and fantasy. It was pretty good for back then. It is nice to see that time and practice can definitely help you become even better!
